Refund And Cancellation Policy

2. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.


3. EventsTec reserves the right to refuse/ accept a full refund of our commission/ percentage calculated based on the total amount of the sale. Orders cancellations, or/ and the cancellation of any of the products and services bought from our partners directly through our website may be eligible to receive a full refund less 2.5% payment process service fee.


4. Cancellations will be accepted only from the website.


5. All refund requests must be made by the customer made the purchase(s) or credit card holder.


6. Full refunds less the payment process service fee will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
